Strategic Project leader Inc. (SPL) is driven by many great minds and teams helping drive the vision of educating leaders and teams on how to leverage project management with a startegic focus and help achieve results faster.

Fola Alabi, THE Strategic Project Leader™ is the founder of the Strategic Project Leader Inc. and she brings her experience to help provide the tools the world needs to execute. She is passionate about people, business and transformational leadership. As an adaptive visionary leader, she has over fifteen (15) years of proven track record of successfully managing projects, programs, portfolios and PMOs in the financial services, oil and gas, and government sectors where she has held several leadership positions.

Fola is a community builder, global speaker, mental health advocate, podcast host and catalyst for strategic project management in business and beyond.

She is passionate about the power of technology and digital transformation.

As a certified change practitioner, she leads and empowers teams to focus on outcomes by leveraging technology and market economics to gain that competitive advantage.

Fola holds a BA in Philosophy, MBA in Strategy and Project Management, PMP, PMI-ACP, and Prosci Change Practitioner designations. Above all, she is dedicated to being a lifelong learner.
